  • 1 lb. very thinly sliced flank steak
  • 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 3 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 package shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

    In large bowl, combine very thinly sliced flank steak and 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.

    In 12-inch skillet, heat 2 teaspoons vegetable oil on high.

    Add beef in single layer.

    Cook 1 minute or until browned on bottom; transfer to plate.

    In skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil on medium-high until hot.

    Add 1 bunch green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces.

    Cook 2 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring.

    Add carrots and water; cook 2 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring.
