- 1 lb. very thinly sliced flank steak
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 3 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 package shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
Directions

1In large bowl, combine very thinly sliced flank steak and 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.

2In 12-inch skillet, heat 2 teaspoons vegetable oil on high.

3Add beef in single layer.

4Cook 1 minute or until browned on bottom; transfer to plate.

5In skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil on medium-high until hot.

6Add 1 bunch green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces.

7Cook 2 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring.

8Add carrots and water; cook 2 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring.

9Return beef to skillet, along with coarsely ground black pepper and oyster sauce.
