  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 4 c. diced chicken
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions

    Soak corn tortillas in chicken broth. Combine in saucepan over low heat remaining ingredients. Layer tortillas in bottom of casserole dish. Pour 1/2 of mixture over tortillas, then cover with remaining tortillas. Pour rest of mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
