- 1 small or medium head of cabbage
- 1 or 2 green peppers
- water
- vinegar
Directions

1Quarter cabbage and remove core.

2Remove inside seeds from pepper.

3Grind on course blades of grinder.

4Make a mixture of water and vinegar (proportion 1/3 cup vinegar to 2/3 cup water). Make enough to thoroughly moisten cabbage and pepper.

5Some seasoning will be needed (salt, pepper, a little sugar to taste). Store in refrigerator in covered bowl.
