  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 oz. chopped green chilies (canned)
  • 1/2 small can jalapeno peppers, diced
  • crushed croutons, crackers or finely chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix the cheeses and peppers together.

    Using plastic wrap, form into ball.

    Refrigerate until firm.

    Unwrap and roll cheese ball in crumbs or nuts.

    Refrigerate 2 hours before serving with crackers.
