- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 oz. chopped green chilies (canned)
- 1/2 small can jalapeno peppers, diced
- crushed croutons, crackers or finely chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix the cheeses and peppers together.

2Using plastic wrap, form into ball.

3Refrigerate until firm.

4Unwrap and roll cheese ball in crumbs or nuts.

5Refrigerate 2 hours before serving with crackers.
