  • 12 red mangoes
  • 12 green mangoes
  • 12 medium white onions
  • 2 hot peppers or pepper seeds
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. white or brown sugar

    Grind peppers and onions fine and place in colander.

    Pour boiling water over and drain.

    Add salt, sugar and vinegar; boil for 15 minutes.

    Put in jars and seal.
