- 1/4 c. hot pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 bottle Certo
- 3 to 4 drops food coloring
Directions

1Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar in pot. Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes. Add Certo and boil for 1 more minute.

2Let stand 5 minutes.

3Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Can use green or red food coloring.
