- 2 c. bell pepper juice (put in blender and strain, takes about 12 to 14 bell peppers)
- 7 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
- few drops green coloring
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients.

2Place over high heat and add Tabasco. While mix is coming to a high boil, add coloring.

3Stir in Certo.

4Bring to a rolling boil and boil hard for one minute, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat and with metal spoon skim off foam.

6Pour quickly into sterile jars.

7Cover.

8Makes 10 medium size glasses.

9Great served with cream cheese on crackers.
