  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/8 c. hot peppers
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. red or green food coloring

    Mix sugar, vinegar and peppers.

    Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.

    Add Certo and remove from heat.

    Add coloring.

    Let cool until thick.
