- 4 pods hot pepper
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 5 c. sugar
- 1 twin-pack box (6 1/2 oz.) liquid fruit pectin
Directions

1Remove seed from pepper.

2Process vinegar with peppers in blender.

3Put in a 2-quart saucepan.

4Add sugar.

5Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes.

6Remove from heat; add liquid pectin. Bring back to a boil and boil 1 minute.

7Pour into hot, sterilized jars.

8Wipe jar rims and adjust lids.

9Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.

10Makes five 8 ounce jars.
