- 3 jalapeno peppers, cleaned
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 5 c. sugar
- 1 bottle liquid pectin
- few drops green food coloring
Directions

1Blend peppers and vinegar.

2Add with sugar and boil over medium heat for 10 minutes.

3Remove from heat.

4Add pectin.

5Boil for 1 minute.

6Add food coloring; strain out pepper pieces, if desired. Can in 4 pint canning jars.

7Serve over cream cheese with crackers.
