  • 3 large bell peppers, cut and seeded
  • 13 hot peppers (not seeded)
  • 5 lb. sugar
  • 3 c. 5% vinegar
  • 2 bottles Certo

Directions

    In blender with 1/3 cup of water, pulverize peppers.

    Combine peppers, sugar and vinegar.
  3. 3
    Bring to a hard boil and boil for 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add 2 bottles Certo and a few drops of green food coloring.
  5. 5
    Yields 12 to 13 half pints.
