- 3 large bell peppers, cut and seeded
- 13 hot peppers (not seeded)
- 5 lb. sugar
- 3 c. 5% vinegar
- 2 bottles Certo
Directions

1In blender with 1/3 cup of water, pulverize peppers.

2Combine peppers, sugar and vinegar.

3Bring to a hard boil and boil for 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat and add 2 bottles Certo and a few drops of green food coloring.

5Yields 12 to 13 half pints.
