- 7 or 8 c. chopped mixed peppers
- 2 Tbsp. pickling salt
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
Directions

1Take peppers and put in pot.

2Add pickling salt, not iodized salt.

3Let sit for 2 hours.

4Add vinegar and 2 cups of salt.

5Stir and cook on the stove for 45 minutes to an hour.

6Get it thick but not dry.

7It is ready to refrigerate or preserve.

8Keep a cover on it to keep the heat in.
