- 3 c. green peppers
- 3 c. red peppers
- 3 c. onions
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 box celery seed
- 1/2 box mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Chop the green and red peppers and the onions.

2Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.

3Drain.

4Mix with the vinegar and spice mixture.

5Boil 1/2 hour.

6Pour into scalded jars. Seal.

7Store in a cool place.
