  • 12 green peppers
  • 6 onions
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 c. vinegar

    Wash and seed peppers.

    Grind with onions.

    Scald with hot water.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Drain.

    Scald again.

    Add sugar, salt and vinegar.

    Cook 15 minutes.

    Seal in hot jars.
