  • 4 c. chopped onions
  • 6 green peppers
  • 6 yellow peppers
  • 6 red peppers
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 4 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed

    Chop vegetables.

    Let stand overnight. Rinse and drain.

    Combine remaining ingredients.
