- 6 yellow peppers
- 6 red peppers
- 4 stalks celery
- 1/2 c. salt
- 6 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Chop vegetables.

2Sprinkle with salt.

3Let stand overnight. Rinse and drain.

4Combine remaining ingredients.

5Pour over vegetable mixture.

6Heat to boiling and simmer 3 minutes.
