- 3 hot peppers (cayenne), chopped
- 1 qt. red pepper
- 1 qt. green pepper
- 1 qt. cabbage
- 1 pt. onion
- 1 pt. carrots
- 4 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 4 c. vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. salt
- 4 c. sugar
Directions

1All measurements are after being chopped.

2Sprinkle salt over chopped vegetables.

3Let stand about 30 minutes.

4Drain well.

5Add vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed.
