- 16 sweet red peppers
- 16 sweet green peppers
- 10 small onions
- 1 qt. sour vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Chop peppers and onions fine and cover with boiling water; let stand for 5 minutes.

2Drain off water and again cover with boiling water; let stand for 10 minutes.

3Place in a muslin bag and allow to drain overnight.

4Combine the vinegar, salt and sugar; bring to boil.

5Add pepper mixture and cook 20 minutes.

6Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
