  • 1 c. rice, cooked (3 c. cooked rice)
  • 1 c. celery soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 can mild chopped green chilies
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix rice, soup and sour cream; put into casserole.

    Top with chilies and cover with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly, covered.
