- 3 cup white vinegar
- 5 medium green and red hot peppers, rinsed, stemmed, and chopped
Directions

1Place peppers in a 1 quart glass jar with a non-metal lid.

2Bring the vinegar to a simmer over medium heat.

3Pour vinegar over peppers and allow to cool.

4Cap the jar and allow mixture to stand for 3 weeks.

5After 3 weeks, drain the liquid through a strainer or double layer cheesecloth into a glass bowl.

6Pour the liquid into glass bottles.

7Cap bottles tightly.

8*You can seal the bottles with wax if desired.
