- 1 1/2 lb. tenderized round steak, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can onion soup (not cream of onion soup)
- 1/2 can water
- 2/3 c. catsup
- 1 bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- cooked white rice (about 4 c.)
Directions

1Toss steak strips with flour, coating well.

2Brown in oil. Drain well.

3Add soup, water and catsup.

4Cook over low heat for 1 hour.

5Stir to prevent sticking.

6Add bell pepper and cook 30 minutes more.

7Serve over hot rice.
