- 1 to 1/ 1/2 lb. flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch plus 1 c. water
- 2 green peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, cut into thin rings
Directions

1Stir-fry vegetables in oil until tender-crisp.

2Remove from wok or skillet.

3Cook steak in oil with seasonings.

4When steak is done, add vegetables and stir-fry until hot.

5Serve over hot rice.
