- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1 lb. round or flank steak, cut into bite sizes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 1 c. canned beef bouillon
- 1 c. drained canned tomatoes or 3 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Melt fat in frypan.

2Cut meat into 1-inch strips; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Place meat, onion and garlic in frypan; brown.

4Add peppers and bouillon; cover and cook 30 minutes.

5Add tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes.

6Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and water; add to meat mixture and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

7Makes four servings.

8Serve over rice.
