  • steak, cut in strips or cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. beef broth
  • green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • garlic powder
  • diced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. each water and soy sauce

Directions

    Brown meat in butter or margarine.

    Add garlic powder and broth.

    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

    Add onions and peppers. Cook 5 more minutes.

    Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, until thickened.

    (May be served over rice.)
