- 1 c. sliced green pepper
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Lightly brown steak in butter.

2Add vegetables and salt, stir-fry about 5 minutes.

3Mix cornstarch with water and soy sauce.

4Pour over vegetables.

5Stir until sauce is thick and slightly transparent.

6Serve over rice.
