- 1 large flank steak
- 3 large onions
- 6 large green peppers
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c. molasses
- flour
- water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- Gravy Master to color
- 6 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Cut flank steak into thin slices.

2Fry in soy sauce; partially cook.

3Remove from pan.

4Cut onions and peppers into slices.

5Fry in oil until tender.

6Add meat.
-
7Add the beef bouillon cubes to 1 cup of hot water, then add mixture to meat, onions and peppers. Add the molasses, more or less, to taste.

8Stir well.

9Then take flour mixed with water to make a thick paste.

10Add to mixture to thicken.

11Add your Gravy Master to your desired color.

12Cook on low for about 25 to 30 minutes.

13Serve over rice.
