- 2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Brown steak in oil in skillet.

2Place in slow cooker.

3Add soy sauce, bouillon cube, garlic, onion, bell pepper and 1 cup water. Cook for 5 to 6 hours or until tender.

4Stir in mixture of cornstarch and 1/4 cup water until thickened.

5Serve over hot brown rice.
