Ingredients
- steak or venison
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 to 2 c. onion and pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 to 1 c. water
Directions

1While frozen, slice meat as thin as possible.

2Put 3 tablespoons cornstarch and mix with soy sauce until a little thicker than milk.

3Dump meat into mixture and cover meat.

4Put 2 tablespoons oil into frying pan.

5Put in meat and brown.

6Take out meat and put in onions and pepper.

7Cook until crunchy but soft. Put meat back.

8Add water to remainder of soy mixture.

9Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

10Serve over rice or noodles.
