- 2 lb. ground beef
- green chilies
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- grated cheese
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1On waxed paper, roll out a good sized beef pattie. Spread cheese and green peppers on this pattie.

2Roll out another pattie the same size and put on top of first pattie.

3Press together all around the edges so the cheese and chilies will stay in place. Cook in skillet with oil until patties are done on one side.

4Turn pattie over and cook on other side until done.
