  • 1 large round steak
  • 2 mangos (green peppers)
  • 2 onions
  • soy sauce (low sodium)

    Cut steak in thin strips.

    Place in dish.

    Add soy sauce. Slice the peppers and onions into small strips; lay on top of steak.

    Let this set overnight or all day.

    Keep cool.

    Fry the steak on low until browned.

    Add the peppers, onions and soy sauce and let simmer for about 20 minutes or until veggies are soft.
