- 1 1/2 lb. beef
- 2 large onions
- 2 large bell peppers
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 pkg. brown gravy
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Cut beef into small pieces; brown in margarine.

2Add salt and black pepper.

3Chop bell peppers and onions and add to beef.

4Add bean sprouts.

5Mix water with brown gravy and sugar and add to mixture.

6Cook slowly for 25 minutes.

7Serve over rice.
