Ingredients
- 2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Put butter and garlic powder in a skillet.

2Add meat and brown. Remove meat and add green pepper and onions.

3Saute for 2 or 3 minutes, then put meat back in skillet.

4Add tomatoes, soy sauce and bouillon cube.

5Simmer (covered) until meat is tender; approximately 45 minutes.

6Mix water, flour and sugar together and add to meat mixture.

7Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
