- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 large green pepper, sliced
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 large tomato, quartered
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- rice, cooked separately
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Season All
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Sprinkle steak with Season All.

2Melt butter and brown meat. Pour in beef broth.

3Cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes.

4Add onions and bell pepper.

5Cover and cook 5 minutes.

6Add soy sauce, water and cornstarch.

7Stir together and pour over meat.

8Cook until sauce starts to thicken (approximately 1 to 2 minutes).

9Add tomatoes.

10Do not cook any longer!

11Pour over rice.
