  • 3/4 lb. streak, cut into strips
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 c. green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 c. onion wedges
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp. water

    Sprinkle steak with salt.

    Saute steak in oil in skillet until brown.

    Add pepper and onion wedges.

    Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender-crisp.

    Add mixture of cornstarch, mustard, broth and water.

    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
