- chuck roast, cut into strips
- 2 c. water
- 2 red peppers, cut into strips
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 green peppers, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Brown meat in hot oil.

2Add water with bouillon cubes and bring to a boil.

3Cover and simmer until meat is tender.

4Add peppers and simmer for 5 minutes.

5Blend cornstarch, soy sauce and 1/2 cup water.

6Add to meat mixture and cook; stir until thickened.

7Serve with rice, also good with potatoes.
