- 1 lb. tender steak (1/2 inch thick)
- 3 green peppers
- 1/2 Tbsp. Karo (blue label)
- 1 1/2 c. meat stock
- 1 Tbsp. Argo cornstarch
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. Mazola
Directions

1Cube the meat.

2Wash the peppers; remove the seeds and core. Then dice.

3Heat Mazola in a medium frying pan; add the Karo and brown the meat and peppers in it, cooking about 7 minutes.

4Stir in cornstarch and seasonings; gradually add the stock.

5Boil 3 minutes and serve over rice.
