- 2 lb. sirloin, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 to 4 c. water
- 2 to 3 tsp. beef bouillon
- 1 large sliced onion
- 2 to 3 large green peppers
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Saute steak in oil until done.

2Add water and beef bouillon and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.

3Keep adding water and small amounts of bouillon if needed.

4Add vegetables and cook until tender.

5Remove 1/2 cup of liquid and stir flour in.

6Pour flour mixture into meat and vegetable mixture to thicken.

7Add more flour to desired thickness.

8Serve over rice.
