- 3 lb. chuck or round roast
- 2/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/6 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large onion
- 2 green peppers
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Roast should be frozen firm.

2Slice into small bite-size pieces and brown.

3Drain.

4Slice onions into small pieces and place in water with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon sugar.

5Slice green peppers and place in water.

6(Keeps fresh.)

7After browning meat, take out and cook onions and green peppers.

8Simmer with lid. Mix 1 tablespoon flour with 1/2 cup hot water.

9Add to mixture to thicken along with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

10Add vegetables (takes about 5 to 8 minutes to cook).

11After vegetables cook, place meat back in pan and simmer with lid on for 5 to 10 minutes.
