- 2 lb. sirloin steak
- 2 large green peppers
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. Cajun spice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cut meat into thin long strips, approximately 3-inches.

2Cut peppers and onion into strips also.

3Take 2 tablespoons olive oil and place in skillet or wok.

4Heat on medium to high heat.

5Place in meat and seasonings.

6When brown add in peppers and onion. Cover with lid until vegetables are tender.
