  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 large green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • cooked hot rice

    Cut steak in narrow strips, brown slowly in oil about 15 minutes.
