- 16 oz tender beef strips
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 medium Bell peppers stripped
- 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
- 4 cup Jasmine rice (cooked)
Directions

1In large skillet, brown flour coated beef strips.

2Add onions and garlic to beef strips and saute.

3Add tomatoes in their juice and beef broth to skillet.

4Add worchestershire sauce.

5Add bell pepper strips and simmer until peppers are done to your liking.

6I like them cooked through but still holding their shape.

7Serve over a bed of cooked rice.
