  • 16 oz tender beef strips
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 medium Bell peppers stripped
  • 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 4 cup Jasmine rice (cooked)

Directions

    In large skillet, brown flour coated beef strips.

    Add onions and garlic to beef strips and saute.

    Add tomatoes in their juice and beef broth to skillet.

    Add worchestershire sauce.

    Add bell pepper strips and simmer until peppers are done to your liking.

    I like them cooked through but still holding their shape.

    Serve over a bed of cooked rice.
