  • 2 pounds Eye Of Round Steak, Cut Into Bite-sized Pieces
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cube Beef Bouillon
  • 2 whole Green Bell Peppers, Cut Into Thick Strips
  • 1 whole Yellow Onion, Cut Into Large Chunks
  • 3 whole Fresh Tomatoes, Wedged
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

Directions

    Cut steak into bite-sized pieces.

    In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, melt butter and add bite-sized pieces of steak.

    Cook until fully cooked/browned.

    Add salt, pepper, water, bouillon cube, green peppers and onion.

    Cook on high until hot, then simmer for 30 minutes.

    Add tomato wedges, stir and simmer an additional 5 minutes.

    Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and 1/4 cup water.

    Add to pan, stir and simmer another 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.

    Serve over hot rice.

    Add more soy sauce to taste.
