  • 1 round steak
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • butter

    Cut round steak in strips, brown in butter (low to medium heat).

    Add 2 cups of water and beef bouillon cubes.

    Slice onion and pepper and mix with steak.
