  • 1 flank steak (score the grain)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Adolph's meat tenderizer
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dried onion
  • coarse ground pepper
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Put flank steak in Tupperware after grain is scored.

    Put the rest of the ingredients over steak.

    Turn a couple of times. Marinate overnight.

    Broil a few minutes on each side.
