- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- dash ginger
- salt to taste
- 2 medium green peppers, cut into chunks
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth

3Heat oil in 12x8-inch dish at medium-high 2 minutes.

4Add steak, soy sauce, and ginger. Cook at medium-high 5 to 6 minutes; stir once.
