  • 1 1/2 lb. sirloin or round steak, cut in small strips
  • sprinkle of salt and pepper
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 2 c. green peppers, cut in strips
  • 1 c. scallions or onions
  • 1 small garlic clove (optional)
  • 1/2 c. beef broth (can use bouillon)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • hot cooked rice

Directions

    Cook meat in any type oil 2 to 3 minutes or until done.

    Add all, except soy sauce cornstarch.

    Cook couple minutes until vegetables are soft.

    Reduce heat and add beef broth.

    Simmer 5 minutes.
