- 2 lb. steak
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 1 can bean sprouts or fresh
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, quartered
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Cut meat in 1/2-inch strips, 2 inches long.

2Brown meat, garlic, etc., in skillet.

3Add tomatoes in center of pan.

4Cook, covered, for 5 minutes.

5Add cornstarch and water; cook until thickened.
