- 6 lb. lean roast
- 1/2 c. cracked pepper
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. catsup
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
Directions

1Trim fat from roast.

2Spread pepper over beef and press in with palm of hand.

3Marinate beef 24 hours in mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, catsup, paprika and garlic powder.

4Remove from refrigerator.

5Wrap beef in foil and place in pan.

6Bake in a 300° oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours for well done until tender.

7It is delicious hot or cold.
