- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 stalks celery
- 1/2 jar pimentos
- 1 can Campbell's consomme soup
- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- salt
- 1/4 lb. oleo
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Melt 1/4 pound oleo. Add steak which has been cut in strips. Add sliced onions, bell pepper and celery. Cook for a few minutes. Add soup and soy sauce. Add pimento and salt to taste.

2Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add cornstarch if not thick enough.

3Serve over potatoes or rice.
