  • round steak, trimmed and cut in 1/2-inch strips
  • paprika
  • 2 tsp. beef bouillon
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • rice
  • 1 large green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 large onion, cut in rings
  • 1 large tomato or 2 (if desired), cut in quarters or eighths; not diced)

Directions

    Sprinkle round steak with paprika and brown in about 1 tablespoon of oil in large skillet.

    Mix bouillon and water and add to steak. Cover and let simmer for about 10 or 15 minutes.
