  • round steak (beat), cut into strips
  • 2 green peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut into eighths
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • soy sauce
  • water
